All of the apartments look out on the lake and the sense we got when visiting was that this was a very friendly and social space which was also however very private and tranquil. The apartment itself is the penthouse and is owned by the original developer of the community. It has a large open living and dining area of approximately 60 sqm, with a wood burning fireplace and a floor to ceiling, wall to wall glass wall leading out onto a good sized terrace with views onto the lake and gardens below. The kitchen is closed with a sliding door and the bedrooms are in a separated area of the apartment. The master suite is large - about 45 sqm - and consists of a bedroom, walk through wardrobe, full and luxurious bathroom with bath and large shower and a small, private study. The other two bedrooms are of good size and share one bathroom. The photographs are as the apartment currently stands with the landlord living on-premise, but he is happy to re-paint and do minor revisions based on reasonable tenant request. We really like the apartments and the complex. Parking is only on the street, however as the block is on the lake there is always plenty of parking. Apartment is also available for sale at 600,000 Euros.

Neighborhood Description: This is a very good choice for two types of tenant. A family with young children who will get a lot of use out of the pool and gardens, or a tenant who wants a quiet, peaceful and pretty luxurious hideaway. This is in the southern end of Baneasa, closest to the city (in fact it is in the city limits). About seven minutes from the French School and a very quick drive downtown down Soseaua Kiseleff. Good area for a nice early evening stroll, or morning jog.
