Rent is 2250 EUR /per unit/per month, including utilities, general cleaning and maintenance and once a week unit cleaning ( more to be done by request at extra cost) and landlord with to rent the entire premise at this cost per unit or 63 000 EUR ( 28 units or 2250 EUR) all included per month.
