Property Description:Venice (California..not Italy) style sweet little complex that imediately reminded me of dear friends bungalow community by the sea.
The landlord created a lovely environment for like minded souls with green area, patios, BBq area, a comunity kitchen and is ready to hire an Engish speaking chef to cook for the tenants.

- 10 rooms of 35 sqm with double bed, couch/sofa and own bath
- 2 apartments of 70 sqm with double bed, couch and own bath

Neighborhood description: Area is quiet and safe with short drive to shops, mall, cafees bars and if you wish yu just cross the road and you are on the large beach of Mamaia. There are 20 min drive maximun to Kgalniceanu airport. Shops, malls, facilities arestaurants and coffes are to be found near buy. Being closer to Constanta, this is an area wich function well during extra season as well so you wont feel isolated.
I like it very much for the area, the facilities and the comfort provided.
