Neighborhood has houses with exactly the same design on this closed street with 24 hour security. A team of maintenance people are on hand to fix any issues. Only knock on this house (and some will consider it a deal killer) is that there is an office block next to the house overlooking the garden. That said, it is an office block with a dentist and a doctors office so the hours will be daytime.
