Neighborhood Description: Walk to the Old Town and stagger back without issue. Bucharest is a very safe city, but this neighborhood is worry free. Beautiful park is also nearby (Cismigiu Garden) as well as the Metro Station Izvor. Plenty of little cafes to choose from.
