Property Description: this is a cozy spot to settle down in Pipera in a manageable sized house of about 220 usable square meters. Downstairs is the kitchen, washing room, a service toilet, dining area with fireplace and a living room opening up onto a terrace, garden, large hot tub and dipping pool. The garden has been very nicely planted and taken care of with flowers, pretty shrubs and some trees. All in all a nice spot. Upstairs are three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and an office. The owners built the house for themselves and have really taken good care of the place, but volunteered without any prompting from me to replace the kitchen should the tenant feel an upgrade would make the difference.
Neighborhood Description: Almost every house on the street has young children. It's a quiet area in Pipera, sort of in between the American School (directly north about 1.5 kilometers) and the British school which is about 800 meters west.
