Property Description: We think, one of the best developments in the city for expatriate families with children. The compound is big and has a lot of expat families from all over the world with a lot of diplomatic households, it also has a nice big private park, underground parking with direct elevator access and a lot of security and maintenance people on hand in minutes should you need help. It was a really cold and gloomy day when I snapped these photos, so not showing off the property in the best light, but this is a big duplex apartment (200 sqm on two floors), benefiting from two living rooms and some great view from both terraces.
Neighborhood Description: The complex is located in the South East part of Floreasca, close to Stefan Cel Mare boulevard and a big park by the name of Parcul Circului (Circus park) which sports good running and biking trails, a really big childrens playground, a basketball court and - yes - even a circus. Lots of shopping nearby and a metro station. The development is an easy commute into either Pipera (via Barbu Vacarescu Boulevard) or the heart of the city.
