Elegant Four Bedroom House on Lake - Baneasa

Property Description: Okay, full disclosure. I love this house and there are many things to love including the view onto the lake from the livingroom and front bedrooms, the vast amount of natural light throughout the house, the fireplace, the pool in the back surrounded by a terrrace and the clever design in terms of storage space and full opportunity to watch the lake from every room on the ground floor including the kitchen in the back. I like the fact that they pulled the house back a bit off the lake and that there are four parking spaces on the property including a garage. I also like the landlords, architects and designers themselves who are soft spoken good hearted folk. Full disclosure however, I do wish there were two bathrooms upstairs and I need to confess up front that the fourth bedroom is in the semi basement - fine for vistitors, but not great if you want the kids close to you at night. But otherwise, good value for money, very good indeed.

Neighborhood Description: In Baneasa overlooking the lake. Quiet and peaceful. Constructing a house nearby, but builder has been very civil in limiting the construction from 8 - 6 and weekdays only! Good location for people who have kids in the international schools in the north of the city, but want to be able to find an Uber or a taxi without too much effort. My favorite Italian restaurant is nearby.
