Neighborhood Description: We aren`t so big on Herastrau. It could have been really great as it was built late, but most of the properties we see here we can`t use because the zoning in the area was nonsensible and you end up with too many apartments too close together and looking into each others bedrooms from the livingroom. But, this apartment skips that mess as it looks into the park AND it is high enough to miss the noisy street on the park. We however do love the park - tennis courts, running trails, big fun playgrounds and lots of very good restaurants and outdoor taverns and terrace`s.
