I wish it had a walk-in shower, but life isn`t always perfect. Otherwise, this is really great. New building and comes with a parking space reserved. Couch also converts into a bed. And you have a nice balcony (actually two). Sorry, no pets are allowed.

Parks nearby and you can walk to the office buildings in Pipera or North Floreasca.
