Property Description: Practical, fully furnished and equipped apartment located on the GF of a 1960`s small block , very close to Floreasca Lake, the Verdi park and Promenada mall. Ideal for a young bachelor who wishes to be close to the north business area and live very close to the happening part of Floreasca neighborhood.
Neighborhood Description: Floreasca became a thriving, fun and interesting part of the city and the apartment gives you full access to it! Lots of new niche business, cafes, restaurants and designers shops. Step out of the block and you`ve got a fabulous local farmer`s market, a very respected wine merchant, the best steak restaurant which is also a really nice option for weekend brunch along with one of the best small French bakeries in the city. In the farmer`s market you can buy all the vegetables fresh and in season that you might want and there is one lady who grows all the tough to find stuff like fresh basil, coriander, fennel bulbs, Brussels sprouts, endives, etc. You can also buy (but only in the morning) fresh farm eggs and just delivered fresh milk (you will need to take it home and boil it - just a bit - before you should drink). Walking distance to Dorobanti and Radu Beller `famous` coffee shops ;).
