Property Description: This is not an area of the city that we find many (if any) homes that we feel are a good fit for our clients. Crazy considering that it has a well regarded private British school in the neighborhood (ISB). Perhaps things will change for the better soon? Upstairs are three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. On this floor is the master bedroom with a very nice bathroom and good closet space. The two children`s bedrooms share one bathroom. In the mansard, above on the top floor, is a thirty square meter open space great for a play room. No garage, but space in the courtyard for a car.
