Property Description: With 112 internal square meters spread over two floors and with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one a service toilet), this is really a terrific apartment for a single person expecting occasional guests. A very close couple could make it work, but the "cozy` description starts getting fuzzy with a family and child. That said, one of the most intelligently designed apartments for the space, with nice touches and finishing`s and the architect has made the outdoor space (two large terraces) a special enjoyment zone that also, because of the big windows, give a bigger sense of space. Great panoramic views over Primaverii and the terraces are easily big enough for a large table and ten friends. The livingroom sports big windows and the kitchen is very big and enjoyable. Master suite boasts both an en-suite bathroom and a walk in closet, but the second bedroom is pretty small and could work as either a guest room or an office. Like we said, well designed. The property even has two parking spaces in the garage! Only knock I can see is that the lobby is a bit over-crowded with plants, clutter (as only we can do in Romania) and even a built in station for the guard who stays there from 8am until 6pm.

Neighborhood Description: Primaverii is the most expensive neighborhood in Bucharest and is mix of both new blocks and renovated old villas on tree-lined streets. This is where the new money rich and the wily old politicians mix. Still, a great location very close to three fantastic parks (Herastrau, Bordei and Floreasca), lots of restaurants, a very decent health club and access both downtown and up into Pipera. A very fashionable address.
