Kitchen will be installed on the ground floor upon request. Nice fruit tree planted garden in the back and a sizable terrace off the living room to review. Neighborhood Description: Lovely tree-lined neighborhood of villas and homes. Walking distance to the best quality Farmer`s Market in the city as well as some excellent restaurants and a supermarket. Work out at the rugby stadium nearby where you can run on the track and rent tennis courts if you like (with instructor even).
