With such a kitchen, appliance and views, I could cook all day long!! Having family or friends around and happy kids running in the garden is a big joy and this house fully offers it from all the corners. The rooms communicate beautifully and offer access outside. There is a great feeling of transparency and flow once you are in as the huge windows allow it so. Impressive marble and glass staircase will lead upstairs where from a common hallway, different doors open: one master bedroom with bath and dressing, 2 extra bedrooms with beautiful wooden cabinets/ book shelves, one common bath, and one very interesting layout, a double bedroom with different layers and small staircase accessing the attic. This can be 2 brothers / sisters shared room and hiding space ;) The parquet is massive in glorious golden oak, the baths have marble and great quality materials and appliances, the doors are white and aligned at walls level. All impeccable!!! The master bath has a sunken massive bath tub, a shower, double sinks , toilet and bidet. The other bath has a beautiful bath tub too. Views are green and calm. It will take you 30 min max drive in the morning to International schools of Pipera. Easy access to Airport, Mall, Garden and DIY centers. Advantage of little fresh markets from locals in the area. Sport club and restaurant in the near by Paradisul Verde.
