Property Description: I saw the house first when it was still in construction and could see the refined-industrial feeling with a strong Japanese sense that the architect and owner are going for. I say refined because the materials are gorgeous and I say Japanese because of the way privacy and light are worked into the house with an artistic sense, something like calligraphy (I know that sounds artsy and pretentious, but that`s just what I felt). Space is economically used with intelligence which I guess again is very Japanese? On the ground floor are four bedrooms - all en-suite - an open living room and super sexy black kitchen. Upstairs is the covered roof terrace with an outdoor kitchen. In the basement is the technical room and a storage room. Parking in the courtyard. Only potential negatives I could see is that the garden is small (which makes the roof terrace such a good idea) and there is no covered parking.
Neighborhood: The really good Stejarii Sports Club is nearby, walking distance, as is one of the better British Primary Schools` (King`s Oak) and the French School is just up the road (by car).
