It also represents a less crowded area of the city with lots of lakes and green surroundings(City Hall is planning to connect all lakes of the city and offer boat rides along with walking paths around the lake). Means of transportation are very accessible: 5 minutes walk to Pipera Metro Station. A bit of a work-in-progress feel, but heading in the right direction in the medium term which is good news (somebody actually thought about the full plan for the area!).
