Good landlord whom we`ve known for years and while not a push-over on changing things gets what expats want and in our experience will try.
Neighborhood Description: Close to two parks (Herastrau is about 300 meters North and Kiseleff Park is about the same South). Quick and direct access either North into Pipera (about 25 minutes in the morning), or downtown. Good couple of restaurants in the neighborhood that I`ll vouch for including excellent Lebanese, best French bakery in town and an excellent farmer`s market.
