Property Description: I must confess, I don`t understand the economics of a two-bedroom penthouse, just as I don`t understand building a new apartment block on a forest and not having big windows to view (And I`ve seen lots of both in R0mania!). But, here we go and it is good value for money. Two bedrooms, an open kitchen / living / dining area, two bathrooms and a big beautiful terrace of over 60 sqm. And it comes furnished. Two parking spaces in the garage. Landlord is asking for two months of rent as a security guarantee.
Neighborhood Description: Pipera, south of AISB (The American School). Not much in the way of shops, etc in the vicinity. Quiet, big views.
