The neighborhood is bordered by Kiseleff Park in the South, Herastrau Park to the North, the tree-lined streets of Dorobanti neighborhood to the East and the hustle and bustle of the shops, market and restaurants on and around Uno Mai market and Ion Mihalache Boulevard to the West. The location is a good fit for people who want to live somewhere up-market with easy and quick access to both parks and shopping and it also benefits by giving those commuting North to either Pipera or the airport the opportunity to shave about 7 minutes off the drive by avoiding Piata Victoriei and even Charles de Gaulle square. Not quite in the same league as Dorobanti and Primaverii, but not far off the mark either and prices can be dear. Metro access for the neighborhood at two locations (Piata Charles de Gaulle in the North and Piata Victoriei in the South). Parking in the neighborhood can be a bugger, so try to get a place with reserved parking facilities included in the rent.
