Benefits of the location include more space for the $, a more country feel, good access to the American School and close to the French School and more trees with less traffic than Pipera and Baneasa. The location features wider roads and green spaces and is excellent for those who wish to have quick accessibility to the airport and a more relaxed lifestyle further from the city buzz. Not much in terms of good shopping, bistros and Café`s, but for the big weekly shopping the Baneasa shopping center is a 10-minute drive south.
