Property Description: In a building which we once called home, in a neighborhood which is still our favorite. We have a good sized two bedroom apartment which has been nicely renovated and upgraded. Building is from 1946 so it has some of those quirky wonderful design features from the pre-communist period when it seems everyone had servants and their job was to magically appear, get the job done and then retreat out of view until the bell was rung again or the guests departed. Servants area has been converted into a laundry room space and their toilet and the wash room into a very nice (if small) full bathroom with walk in shower. Kitchen is efficient and new. Landlord tried to keep as much of the original stuff that was in good nick. Original floors, tiles and interior doors, but had to replace all the windows and of course electric and plumbing pipes are new. Available August 2025.

Neighborhood Description: Well,we love it! Parks with playgrounds and great restaurants are within 200 meters, an International kindergarten next door, subway station in Piata Romana, walking distance to both the cultural heart of the city and the entertainment district. French Cultural Institute is near in case you want to grab a movie that makes you think. French Chic Boutiques like Aparterre and Wild Olive, Mingle coffe with antiques on display are few of the attractions.
