Because the house is on a dead end street, you won`t get many idiots driving their SUV`s at ridiculous speeds down the street (a problem here) and it`s where many of the kids in the neighborhood meet to play after school. The house wont win any awards for beautiful design, but then few do in Bucharest. It needs some nice furniture and warmth...something our clients tend to have bucket-loads of!
