Property Description: Seriously good value apartment. The kitchen is a bit dated and one of the bathrooms is purple (good lord!), but if you can overlook this inconvenience then this is serious value. In our opinion (and we encourage you to check the site to confirm) this 195 square meter, three bedroom unit in Herastrau, with a view of the park is priced in the same range as a two bedroom apartment a good 70 square meters smaller. We love the 50 SQM livingroom and the terrace is just big enough to stick a table and get four people around the table for a night of stories and fun with the BBQ on the other side of the terrace not bothering you. Nice separation and distance between the livingroom in the front and the three bedrooms in the back. 24 hour security guard and cameras and one parking space in the garage.

Neighborhood Description: Herastrau, one block (honestly) from the park. Lot's of expats in the building and in the neighborhood. This is an excellent option for a family with children due to the large livingroom, convenience of the park and playgrounds and separation between day and night sections of the flat.
