I know the aqua-blue kitchen can be a little polarizing, but it is large and it is fully equipped and it is in a closed room. A parking space in the underground garage as well completes the offer. I`m going to call the outdoor space a terrace as it is both deeper and much wider than a balcony and you can fit a table out there with four chairs.
Neighborhood Description: Off the park a bit so not subject to the sons of the rich and their loud sports car mufflers late at night, unlike the poor souls who paid extra for the first-row apartments looking into the park (you should have worked with us if you did sign for one of those). Newer building and made by one of our favorite developers who tries to use high quality materials for the common spaces and the aspect of the building.
