Property Description: Really nicely done Sir. Owner is a guy we have a lot of time for as he does beautiful work throughout the city and we love it all. Top two floors of a new-build in a funny bit of the city that normally falls outside of our radar, but if you`re working in the East of Bucharest and you need a bit of luxury, you`ve got it here. Three bedrooms, the master is big and upstairs but everything else is compact in 114 sqm of total indoor usable space. The terraces are extra and they are nice. One parking space in the garage. Penthouse is on two floors with internal stairs connecting.

Neighborhood Description: There are two parks in the area (a big urban park that even has a skateboard park area and another park with a fun-park with rides for little kids) as well as plenty of restaurants. It`s not the most exiting part of the city but it works if it must. Was a dormitory area for the factory workers in the area at one time but has been a bit more gentrified. It is NOT a dangerous part of the city, its just not that interesting. This apartment is the best thing going from what I`ve seen.
