Property Description: It is hard, almost impossible, to find five bedroom apartments in Bucharest. So when we get one in the most expensive neighborhood in the city and at this price it`s either fishy or just a great deal. This one is a great deal. I`m not crazy about the outdoor area being a large balcony instead of a big square terrace, but at this price let`s not be silly. Large open South-facing living room, service toilet, big open kitchen, a bedroom (or maybe a study) with an en-suite full bathroom and a nice reception space are found on the first floor of the upstairs / downstairs duplex. Upstairs are four more bedrooms, two of them with en-suite bathroom facilities and two of them sharing a full bathroom. Landlord can organize parking near the building, but not part of the building.

Neighborhood Description: Dorobanti is one of our favorite neighborhoods in the city because of the leafy streets, great restaurants and classy vibe. This apartment is on a street closer to Stefan Cel Mare Avenue than Piata Dorobanti, but still an easy walk. Nice thing is that the Metro (subway) station is about 700 meters away. Lots of good shopping, restaurants, coffee shops.
