Great location for getting into the city or commuting to the international schools both in Pipera, downtown, or in Pantelimon. The area just outside of the development isn`t the prettiest bit of the city (a bit too many communist blocks to qualify), but the development itself is a little oasis and the fast-track access is a huge bonus.
