Property Description: What a nice, simple and very practical apartment. The living room is on the sunny South side of the apartment and captures the light beautifully with four floor to ceiling windows that look out on the tin and terracotta roofs of the neighborhood. It`s a good sized open living room with a dinning area and it feels comfortable. The kitchen is an open kitchen, although the landlord has arranged bookshelves between the two spaces to give some intimacy to the two. Bedrooms are in then back, both with good closet space and the reception are is large, again with plenty of space for moving about and storage. One good sized parking space in the underground garage. New building and I wish it had a terrace, but it does have a balcony off the master suite bedroom. Apartment comes fully furnished.

Neighborhood Description: I love this old historic bit of the city. When I first moved to Bucharest the streets in this neighborhood were all cobbled stone and the building like graceful monuments and statues. The cobblestones are gone - sold to the Chinese state if one can be belived, but the beautiful architecture still remains. Walking distance to two parks (Ioanid and Icoanei) as well as the subway in Piata University. Plenty of good options on restaurants, coffee shops and beer terraces.
