Neighborhood Description:  Herastrau is for most expats the preferred location due to the park and proximity to the international school, also an easy sprint to the city centre. The park is enormous and provides one of the few good spots for a nice long jog in the city (around the lake its 5 kilometers) and plenty of kids facilities.  Only negative may be that the apartments are a bit close together as a rule - poor zoning.
