The apt is a bit rough around the ears and somewhat dated, but we decided to take it on because we love the terrace and the views from the living room and bedrooms. Door man provides security presence and the apartment also has a camera access for the main door. No reserved parking for the apartment, but I`ve never had a problem finding parking in the area when I visited. Big terrace of around 50 sqm with a nice room up there that would be a great study. You`re getting fair value at this price point.
