Two Bedroom Penthouse with Wonderful Terrace - Circus Park

Property Description: Okay, I loved this space. The light, the big and very interesting terrace, the open kitchen, the design elements and materials - the Landlord put a lot of love and money into the space. Unfortunately, it was done as a one-bedroom penthouse (for which we have zero requests), but we found what we think is a clever solution. The same owner owns a studio apartment (next to this penthouse), which would work beautifully as that second guest bedroom or study because it has its own full bathroom, kitchenette and adequate space. Yeah, a bit unconventional, but for the right space we do these types of things! So, the layout: On the top floor (walking up some internal stairs) sits the living room with fireplace, the open kitchen, a service bathroom, a huge terrace that is just screaming for a fire-pit, a bedroom with en-suite bathroom facility and good storage throughout. Downstairs, on thye same floor as the door to the penthouse, is a studio apt with a full bathroom, kitchenette and small balcony. Two parking spaces in the garage.

Neighborhood Description: Big supermarket nearby, Circus Park walking distance, Metro Station walking distance and even some dodgy Chinese restaurants!!!
