Property Description: Nicely done and very comfortable two bedroom penthouse. I love everything about the penthouse, just wish it was twice as big! But, for a couple working South of Piata Unirii it`ll work and it provides a really nice standard of living in a part of the city that doesn`t really boast any luxury properties that we are at least aware of? Penthouse is on two levels. Access into the kitchen / living room / winter garden and terrace floor and then walk upstairs for two bedrooms, each with their own bathroom. Really stunning views. Penthouse comes with a parking space and we can arrange a second parking space as well in the garage. Landlord is open to arranging to having the apartment furnished for a reasonable incremental sum. I have NEVER seen a penthouse with a fire-pit which I think is a terrific feature!

Neighborhood Description: The building overlooks Tineretului Park which enjoys an amusement park, running paths, picnic areas a concert hall and a lot of green walking paths. The direct neighborhood sports grocery shops, a mall (Sun Plaza) restaurants, fast food places, a bike repair shop and a Metro station all within easy walking distance. Not a typical expat area because of the lack of international schools.
